Customer Testimonials

  • Diana handled the sale of our property with professionalism and integrity. Always available to answer and deal with any issues that arose. She made what can be a stressful time a lot easier. I really appreciated all the support and guidance throughout the whole process. We are very grateful to her.

  • Diana took away the stress of selling my home. From the moment we discussed a valuation through to completion of the sale Diana was organised and prepared. She ensured she knew every detail of the property, managed every potential buyer and during the selling process kept in close contact with the progress of the chain, keeping me updated constantly. Clear communication and holding the chain together, Diana was professional and diligent from start to finish and was an integral link in pushing my sale through.

  • Diana Lee is a friendly professional estate agent. We sold our house through her agency last year. She produced a very good looking brochure with excellent photographs and made sure the house looked at its best for each viewing. Her price guide was very well judged. She kept in close contact with us throughout. The most important action she undertook was to stay in close contact with the agents in the downward chain. This was very useful when the chain broke and Diana advised us not to put the house back on the market as she expected the chain to reform very soon which it did a week later. I can't recommend Diana too highly.

  • Diana found a buyer for our country home extremely fast, and kept a watchful eye on the conveyance process throughout the sale, intervening only if or whenever necessary. She was efficient, reliable and altogether professional to work with, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Country & Classic Character Property Specialists to anyone looking to buy or sell a country property in the region that she specialises in.

  • We first met Diana in slightly unique circumstances, we had fallen in love with a particular house and needed to work at speed to list our current property and find a buyer. At the time we had no idea if we could pull it off or not, but Diana was totally unphased. In fact she worked tirelessly to ensure that both the sale and purchase went through successfully, prioritising first time and cash buyers to increase our own chances of success. We felt we had a true ally from start to finish, helping us navigate both our own sale and onward purchase (I suspect few estate agents would have been this involved) - she even rolled up her sleeves on moving day when it seemed like the chaos might just overtake us! In short I can be completely certain that we would not have been able to proceed if we had chosen another agent.
